Company Rights
Luxury Redwood Properties & Investment Limited reserves the right to:
- Modify project pricing
- Modify payment plans
- Introduce promotional campaigns
- Suspend or terminate consultant accounts
- Amend platform features
- Update policies and procedures
Commission Flexibility Clause
Luxury Redwood Properties & Investment Limited reserves the right to introduce, increase, reduce, suspend, or modify commission rates on specific projects, campaigns, promotions, special offers, bulk purchases, or selected developments without affecting commissions already earned and approved.
No Employment Relationship
Registration as a consultant does not create an employment relationship between the consultant and Luxury Redwood Properties & Investment Limited.
Consultants operate as independent marketing partners.
Consultant Eligibility for Commission
Only duly registered and approved consultants on the Luxury Redwood Consultant Network shall be eligible to earn commissions, bonuses, referral earnings, incentives, rewards, or any form of compensation offered by the company.
Any individual who introduces, refers, or participates in a transaction without being registered and approved on the platform prior to the transaction shall not be entitled to any commission, compensation, referral earnings, or benefits.
Where a client is introduced by a consultant, such consultant must ensure that both the consultant account and client registration are properly recorded on the platform before payment is made by the client.
Luxury Redwood Properties & Investment Limited reserves the sole right to verify consultant eligibility and determine commission entitlement in the event of any dispute.
Failure to comply with registration requirements shall automatically disqualify any claim for commission.
Tax & Statutory Deductions
All commissions shall be subject to:
- Withholding Tax (where applicable)
- Government deductions
- Any statutory deductions required by law
Account Review & Termination
The consultant agrees that such deductions may be made before commission payment.
Luxury Redwood Properties reserves the right to review, suspend, terminate, or deactivate any consultant account found to have provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activities, misrepresented company products, collected funds from clients without authorization, or acted in any manner that may damage the company's reputation or business interests.
Final Acceptance
By registering on this platform, the consultant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures of the Luxury Redwood Consultant Network.
