Claim period and protection
- A consultant's claim is only recognized where the prospect has been properly registered through the official Luxury Redwood platform.
- Client registrations remain valid for 90 days unless otherwise extended by the company.
- The company has final authority in determining ownership of prospects and resolving duplicate registration disputes.
Prohibited activities
- Collect money on behalf of the company.
- Alter company pricing.

- Forge documents or use misleading advertisements.
- Impersonate company staff or promise unapproved incentives.
